Muay Thai Training Schedule at Saiprawat Gym

Heavy bag training (krasorp sai). This exercise will take 30 minute. Through this exercise the fighter will utilise all the body parts movement such as kicking, punching, elbow punch, knee kick etc. striking on the bag at full force.


Future fighter. Knee kick training for the 7 years old boy, Athachai Saiprawat with Kru Mong


Pad work session (Law Pao). The trainer will teach the student on the kicking, punching ,elbow punch, knee kick etc. by using long pad as a target.


Running (Wing). For the new student they must finish 3km running per session and for the fighters their running distance were set to minimum 5km per session. Running up down bridge for the fighters were set to 4 minute per round (400m per round), some fighter can achieved 3.5 minute per round and can run up to 20 round.



Jumping rope(Kradort Cheark). Normally our fighter will skip between 10-30minute continuously.
